Solo Ad campaign

For Solo Ad campaign, I will purchase email list for my unique link page.
But I don't know what to do after the purchase.
Should I start the campaign advertising, or will the Email Service Provider be the one to drive traffic to the link page?
I'm pretty new in this space; please help if you can.

Here you have some options as you can truly test different methods to see what works best for your specific funnel, many like to have one or more upsells after the initial purchase(make sure they add value to what you're already offering in the main product) or some have a thank you page and then you can allow the autoresponder to send relevant value or benenficial products and services to those who purchase through your link.
