How do I create my first post?

I just signed up here at Warrior Forum and was trying to post to the SEO forum, but I receive message: "You do not have enough posts to create a thread in this forum"

    All new threads are moderated before they appear and new members can post only in the main sections - beginner, main forum - until they have a few posts under their belt.

    yes I understand that you need to start at the beginner's area make 5 posts of more you can then post elsewhere from what I understand
