Customer reviews - how to manage?

Reviews from genuine customers matter big time. That much is clear. But how does one manage online reviews?
1. What are best practices to request reviews from customers?
2. I see that customers tend to leave reviews only on the platform that they purchased from. This puts the platform in charge of the review rather than me as the small business owner. WHat can I do to get all the reviews from the different sites and use them more visibly?

    Hi,
You can copy and paste the review on to your website. If the reviewer has left their website url you can also paste this on as well.

I often use the Warrior Forum to get reviews for products that I launch:

If only costs $5 and its money well spent.

    Kind Regards

You are not going to get customer reviews for a service you didn't provide. When you interact with a customer or prospect make sure that you ask questions and listen and give solutions and follow up .After you give them a solution to meet their needs ask for a testimonial.Just make sure you provide a benefit to your prospects or customers

You can mention those platforms on your website with the reviews link.
