What is the Role for Master Resell Rights?

Hey all.

Hope someone can give me an advice ...

I'm trying to figure out what I may do with MRR (Master Resell Rights)
For Ebooks and Videos.
  • Do I have to use the landing page that comes with the package?
  • May I sell the ebook on my e-shop?
  • Also, the landing pages is sometimes outdated but the content is good, may I make my own landing page without changing the content and ebook cover.

Here is an example of the rights.:

[YES] Can be sold
[YES] Can be used for personal use
[YES] Can be packaged with other products
[YES] Can modify/change the sales letter
[YES] Can be added into paid membership websites
[YES] Can put your name on the sales letter
[YES] Can be offered as a bonus
[YES] Can be used to build a list
[YES] Can print/publish offline
[YES] Can convey and sell Personal Use Rights
[YES] Can convey and sell Resale Rights
[YES] Can convey and sell Master Resale Rights

[NO] Can modify/change the main product
[NO] Can modify/change the graphics and ecover
[NO] Can be given away for free
[NO] Can be added to free membership websites
[NO] Can convey and sell Private Label Rights

    MRR conditions can vary from product to product. According to the list you quoted, you have the right to sell the product in your e-shop. If by landing page you mean the sales letter, you can change that too. What you cannot do is listed in those rights - it seems pretty straightforward, assuming these are the actual rights given with your MRR product.

    If you're unsure of any condition, the best advice is to check with the product creator/rights holder.

      Hey Frank.

      Thank you for your reply and help.

      Yeh, I have tried to contact the Helpdesk where I have access to MRR but I don't think they are reading questions from their paid users so often...

      It has been over a month now since I have been written to them regarding this... they do not have any email I can write to only in through helpdesk.

      So I tried here now so I can come closer to a result.

      I appreciate your help.

    The questions you ask are covered:

    [YES] Can modify/change the sales letter
    (a landing page is a form of sales page, is it not?)

    [YES] Can be sold
    That is a full list of what you can and cannot do - assume it means exactly what it says and you should be fine. Trust yourself.

      Thanks for your reply.
      Yes, I mean the sales page.
      But on the YES-&-NO-to-list, I can't see anything that says YES that I may change the Sale pages. So just want to be absolutely sure as I will stick to the MRR rules.

    It's good you are intent on following the MRR rules - but don't over-interpret everything....YOU CAN MODIFY/CHANGE THE SALES LETTER...(sales page). I can't imagine what more information you would need.

    Don't fall into the trap of over caution that keeps you from doing anything - you have the rules in front of you....you can and should proceed with your plans.

      Ok... so SALES LETTER = (sales page).
      I thought it was; Sales letter = the emails.
