Is posting the same piece of your own content on multiple platforms be considered plagiarism?

    No, it's not. You can always make reference to where you initially posted the article for more views and authenticity.

      If I'm not mistaking, in a past Google has ignored anything that posted after original post has been made to prevent it index spamming but it could made changes since then

    Doing that is highly recommend aspect of self-promotion given you wouldn't forget to endorse yourself as an author of posted materials.

    In cases where you're posting only some parts, you should use referring link to original piece.
