Domain name

I am working with a small business construction company who wants me to create a website for them. He says they have ownership of a domain name for their company email addresses, but doesn't know what service they use to obtain this domain. I am hoping to use the same domain for their website, how should I go about this? Is this domain able to be used for a website too if it already exists as the domain for their email.

    You can check the ownership of a domain name using an online service such as: https://who.is/

    A domain name can be used for a website and/or an email address. If the email address is still in service, either the business purchased the domain for an extended period, or they have been renewing it annually.

    He will have records in his email account from the registration company and the hosting company so on top of what Frank said in the above post have him do a search of his email account using the domain and the details should pop up on the search of emails.

    So if you work for this firm, you can ask them personally, and then, when you make a site for them, use their domain for their website. The best variant for you is to make the site through some hosting. Choose the best WooCommerce Hosting it I think is best for your problem. It is still very convenient and functional, you will just master it. I hope I helped you with your problem.

    Well anyway when you create a website you need to purchase domain amd hosting ,so the domain you have it (the company domain) and then you need to purchase just the host .Next its to link hosting with domain amd start working .So yea you can use the fomain company to mLe their website

    ask them to go in the mailbox and search for the domain registration or renewal email with the help of search field

    Do a simple WHOIS lookup to see who owns the domain name and reach out to them. All of the information will show up, unless a specific request was sent to hide the domain's WHOIS information. Once you have the service you can maybe pay or upgrade to webhosting plan that incorporates the email service along with a web hosting service so that you can build the website for them.
