Domain Structure for best SEO results

What is the best way to build the domain structure for search engines? I have a website e.g. with the name "special-hotels.com" now i want to display different landingpages of cities like london, paris, madrid,.... should I now create the URL of the landing pages in such a way "special-hotels-london" or "london" that the complete url then looks like "special-hotels.com/special-hotels-london", or like this "special-hotels.com/london"

The keyword is "special hotels london" and also the title of the LP and would also optimize for the keyword.

    As far as SEO is concerned, it really doesn't matter. To keep the URL cleaner, I'd go with the second one, though.
