I use and like dlguard, I use it to generate sofware license information for customers. It's quick and easy nothing special but works... Customers have their own download page, their own lincense info - you have all features you want to deactive, etc.

It's also linked with aweber, I think it's pro!

Dlguard can do much more though with ebooks and membership site it's very good I like it.

Being relatively new to internet marketing, each site has it's own "hidden secrets", thanks for the insight.

Yes, Yes and Yes again......I've just read your Intimidation Marketing PDF and you have hit the nail on the head!

You start off with an idea, usually born from some program that you've purchased that's left you thinking 'I could do this far better'. So off you go, burning bright with enthusiasm as you start to create a better and more meaty ebook - a magnum opus of ebooks.

Then the dreaded intimidation bug starts to kick in and, like a sparkler on bonfire night starts to fizzle out, so does your enthusiasm. Negativity spreads through you and the fear of angry buyers or worse still, ridicule, starts to haunt your thoughts instead of thoughts of success and respect.

I firmly believe this key element is acountable for the majority of Internet Marketers downfall as it stops you from taking action.

I've been following you for a while now Tiff (and not in the creepy, stalker sense LOL) as I look at you as my Mentor. You're plucky, honest, ethical and walk your own path.

Would love you to actually mentor me but I know how hard it is to juggle work and children.

Good advice, Sams program is really good, and so are a lot of others, but unfortunately, once they have your downloaded file, if it isn't licence protected then it's just a case of here is the file on Rapidshare, or elsewhere, torrent sites etc.

DLguard is good, as are so many other programs, but if there is no licencing system in place, forget it, your profits are going to be in their pockets.

I know of at least 3 bar stewards who I have had to get put out of the play because they have grabbed a copy of my software and allowed it to be downloaded from rapidshare sites. (Got them removed now)

Quite simply download guard, a great program by the way, just stops people who haven't paid, but that's all.

Once they have the file, program whatever, they can do what the heck they want with it if you haven't protected it further.

Implement your own digital download protection
But take it one step further because that alone is not enough, once they have your file, they have it - Arghh!

P.S. Learn't the hard lesson on this one.

What a powerful idea to include your young son in giving to others in need. I think the world would be incredibly different if all parents actively taught giving to their kids. This Xmas I bought two food coupons to feed the hungry while I bought a very controlled amount for myself. Times are indeed tough yet the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you give freely is like wearing a goose padded jacket makes light of tough times. Another day leaving Safeway, a saw a kid selling chocolate for his baseball team. Sadly I had only two dollars left and the chocolate was $5. I did not want the candy as much as I really wanted to help that kid reach his goals. I went to my car and rumaged the glove box and ashtray to come up with $3 change. The look on his face was precious.
The small gifts I gave this year were big in my heart.

So I read a post you made that was truly good and helpful, so I went to your blogs. I knew this was something I should be reading.

I have been article writing for a little over a month and I have written over 80 articles for an internet content company. I am just started to get my foot wet with Internet Marketing.

Okay, so I am reading this, and yeah, I like the flexibility. That has always been a biggie for me. The making your own schedule and being your own boss. I can do this. I always have had great follow through. The drudgery? NO problem.

Here is the thing. I can persevere. I can do the footwork. How do I let go and just put myself out there? How does my personality show through so it is a little more than informative. I really admire these writers, such as yourself. I am finishing up my bachelors in interdisciplinary with commerce, education, and professional writing. I start the writing part this semester as I venture into this area.

So anyway, any thoughts, of course are appreciated. But more than anything, thank you for helping me figure out what my "block" was.

I guess a good content spinner could save time making PLR Content unique too.

Its Tassie_Tiger here, I'm having quite a bit of trouble with squidoo, as when I first started to make a lenns, I did one that says make a lenns with turbo, in quick time and when I put all my info on it and it took me to another window to join up then after that I could not find my Info that was put together, on Recession Gardening, So could you please help me find out where I went wrong.

Great post Tiffany. As well as what you mentioned I find that submitting the lens RSS feed to Feedage.com and Feedest.com gets my lenses indexed very quickly - often within a few hours.
