Why is my Bounce Rate so High?

Hello Everyone,

I'm new here. I would really appreciate someone explaining to me why my bounce rate is so high. It's currently at 60%?

I have a job board for nurses. www.Jobs-Nurse.com and it's free for nurses and employers.

Even with the free model I'm surprised that the bounce rate is over 50%...

I've been researching non-stop to find the answer to this. I do have ads but they're at the bottom and very new (2 weeks old). I use...
