Probably you've already read the threads in WF about how risky PayPal is. Warriors have been suggesting lots of alternatives. I'm confused and a bit worried about all these.

PayPal has been pretty good to online communities. But recently, it is not in favour of recurring payments. Too many incidents of accounts being frozen or closed for IM'ers with membership-based biz model. I dread the day when its my turn. wheww...

So I dig further to seek other options...

Word Press is becoming ever popular among IM'ers. Some IM'ers even own hundreds of WP sites each. What's worrying right now is the increasing number of hacking and hijacking incidents. So what can we do about these threats?

To be clear, here are the obvious differences between HACKED and HIJACKED.

Hacked - the landing page of a web site was changed ( defaced ) by a hacker with his own messages. The real owner has some control of the site's administration....

Imposing ourselves to 1 niche alone is self-exile from more opportunities.

What we need to do is focus on 1 niche, implement all the strategies and move on to another.

While doing work on the new niche, track performance of the previous niche. Do improvements and move on.

If we believe in focused effort on one niche alone, then expand that into several subniches. Treat each subniche with its very own strategies like a stand alone niche....

About the G-FTC situation, I think we already have all that we need to know being explained well by most Warriors in this thread.

I classify public perception towards G into 4.

Public perception (1) : reinforced after G SERPs gave them what they wanted. Or maybe they are the type of people who are easily satisfied by G's version of "relevancy".

Unfortunately, I'm one of those who never got the sort of SERP results I wanted from...
