I put a post about my opinion on the blasted short codes. Too many problems if you ask me. Well now I have even more reason to dislike the whole short codle thing.
I was at lunch a few days ago with a Sprint representative. He told me that Sprint had so much trouble with companies charging when people used the short codes and then the people would deny having made the call and demand the money back, that Sprint (according to this representative) has turned off ALL short codes. You have to call into Sprint and request they be turned back on. Short codes are definitely not the way to go.
