PLR membership sites

With the increasing popularity of PLR products there are quite a few membership sites cropping up where for a monthly fee you are able to avail yourself of various products which seem to vary in quality.
One of the most popular types of PLR membership sites are for ebooks. You get an ebook every month along with a sales page, I have also seen some instances where an audio of each book is also included in the price.
One of the benefits of these membership sites is that you usually get an extremely high quality ebook which, with a little customisation, can be sold for $27 or more. One of the things to remember though is that you should always make the sales page as unique as possible and that includes adding your own graphics so that it is basically unrecognisable from anyone else who is selling the same thing.
To choose a PLR membership site I would recommend that you take a look at the various internet marketing forums to see what existing users are saying.
One question that I am often asked is, 'won't it be detrimental if everyone starts selling the ebook at the same time', especially if there are say 150 members of the website.
