With all of the talk about Twitter many more people are interested in getting involved and wondering 'why make money on twitter'
Why indeed, it seems that if you are involved in internet marketing in any way, it doesn't matter if you are a newcomer to the industry or a seasoned veteran, you are starting to notice people talking about how to use Twitter to compliment your marketing efforts and to make some money.
There are plenty of ways to this and it does seem that Twitter lends itself perfectly for this activity. The main way of going about this which seems to make perfect sense is to get people to follow you bearing in mind that these followers need to be interested in the same niche that either your business is involved in or the business that you are trying to promote.
It is then acceptable to build up a relationship with these followers and by building up a relationship I am talking about helping and advising these followers in any way you can, time permitting of course.
You can then begin to mention your business on a very casual basis, making sure that you are not bombarding them with constant references to it.
For instance, if you are promoting a particular affiliate programme you could gradually introduce your link, mentioning that it is something that you have been using and are particularly pleased with and as long as it is a respectable and quality product or service you may well find that you could make some sales.
