Ive got all these cool pictures on my Instagram. Now what? Well, believe it or not, a lot of people are making money with their selfies (!) and other photos. Perhaps its time to discard popular belief that we should be spending less time in front of our screens!
To make money on Instagram you need two things: FOLLOWERS and SPONSORS. Here are some ways to get both:
1. [U]Post Something Great Every Single Day[/U] Most successful Instagrammers are beautiful, interesting people who lead beautiful, interesting lives. So fake it until you make it. 😊 Post unique photos that will stand out. Get inspiration from others, but DO NOT steal others photos.
2. [U]Followers[/U] Its up for debate as to how many followers youll need to be successful, but the number can be as low as 500 or as much as 1 million or more. In any case, continue posting beautiful things each day so that your number of followers continues to grow. Dont forget to cross-promote on Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Swarm, Flickr, etc.
3. [U]Partner with a Brand[/U] Some companies, like Popular Pays, will provide product samples or experiences in exchange for Instagramming about them.
