How much weight should I put into referrals from subscribers

I have read that one way to expand subscriber list is to have another offer to your current subscribers for a lead or direct referral. Is there any validity to this or are you asking to much from your subscribers...

Hi , I am new to Internet Marketing and i need to produce a 20-50 page website . Please can anyone recommend sites to look at as i am a bit confused as to what i am looking at . Do many sites sell simply one product per site or do they sell multiple products per site?

Shweeeew!!!

It's been a hot minute since I last posted about this here squeeze page deal...

It's been Christmas time full swing at my day job...

I'm a $1.6 M retail store manager with payroll, and budgets and employees. Very hectic, indeed!

Been throwin down 60 to 80 some hour weeks for around a month now (the glories of a salaried position). With that amount of hours, I'm making somewhere near 5 bucks an hour. Hardly worth it. That's sweatshop...
