Her Passion and Desire...

A few years back my Daughter started riding horses. In looking back at old video's, she was, well, not exactly stable on the back of the big animal. Not to mention the few times she actually fell off the horse.
Fast forward a year or so and she won first place in the local rodeo for pole bending. The brand new saddle and numerous belt buckles were nice, but she and I knew the real prize, she had a passion, followed that passion with huge desire, through good an bad, and won.
There was a time she barely stayed on the back of a horse, before we knew it she was racing around like a maniac, bareback, no saddle and just a rope to guide the horse.
It's been said over and over, do what you enjoy or have a passion for, but I think few believe it or embrace it.
If you hate building adsense sites, stop doing it. If you can't stand creating blogs, don't do it! Don't jump on the latest big thing just because the guru of the day says it's the only way. Do what you enjoy and do lot of it. It's hard to believe you won't be a success.
I think ever one has some thing they enjoy, but they switch to another big idea that they can't get themselves to do every day anyways, because "some one" convinced them it was the only path to what they wanted.
