A Simple Equation

The last few years, of my life have been...well...pretty interesting, to say the very least. Being a very cautious person, transitioning from turmoil to tranquility has taken some time; but, I'm there...and I'm loving where my life is at, right now.
There's always room for improvement, of course. No one is perfect and certain situations can set us back. Stay focused on the positive things in your life and if you're struggling, surround yourself with people that are upbeat, loving, encouraging, supportive...<get the picture?>. Do NOT waste time and energy on the ones that bring you down. There are some amazing self-help books out there and a few incredibly inspiring people you must follow. I'll work on a list and post them on my page soon.
Whatever you do, don't sell yourself short. Keep things simple...don't complicate things. Figure out what it is that you value...the top things you're really committed to. Is it love? Wisdom? Your health? Figure that out, then spend your time and attention on what you value. Don't spend time on things that aren't important. It's a simple equation: finding and adding value + giving attention to what's important = a successful and empowered human being.
I'll close with this...
