Hello everyone, I just need some help about my phone call conversion using the call extension. I set up a phone call conversion through call extensions and I am not using a Google forwarding number just my own phone number. My question is, is it possible to see conversions with this kind of set up? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thanks! |

If you have the volume that warrants using the Google forwarding number I would seriously consider that option. You can then get actual reports on what the specific search queries were that lead to the call.... this is valuable data. |

Another thing you can try here is to match the time of call received with the time of clicks (Use Hour of the day report to get clicks break-down by time). Still not very accurate and also tedious method, but does the job. The best option for you apart from using the Google forwarding number is to show a number only for adwords, AND only for click to call. Don't use it anywhere else if possible. |
