Here's a quick tip. Join some email lists you like in your niches and read how they write emails. You can mirror there writing styles to make them your own.

      Hi seudo,
The replies so far are giving you great advice. Also bear in mind to learn how to write not just great email copy but attention grabbing subject lines too.

Getting your subscribers to firstly open your mail by using subject lines of interest is a key step in the process.

I use a completely separately email account purely to sign up for newsletters to brainstorm ideas from.

      Cheers
      Barry

Came in here to post that link. You'll learn a lot from a few of those lists.

Study them, see what the writers actually aiming to get across to you. It's not all just about bolding the right words or throwing in some italic font. I believe the best copyrighters out there could do a high converting sales page with nothing but plain text.

Why not take some classes to improve your basic English language skills? You stand very little chance of improving your writing skills before laying a strong foundation in the basics of learning to speak the language, fluently. You need to crawl before you can learn to walk.

Find yourself an Skype-pal that you can spend at least an hour a day conversing with while they correct you on a continuous basis. If you are blessed with even average intelligence and a high retention level, I believe you would be very surprised at how quickly you can develop your skills in this area. Like anything else it takes hard work and dedication, but millions have accomplished this and improved every aspect of their lives by doing so.

    Good luck.

    Cheers. - Frank

Well, not to be critical, but if speaking is not a problem for you, then write more in line with how you speak.

I have no idea. If you started taking some formal English language classes I'm sure they would refer you to some appropriate forums where you may find someone that would be willing to spend some time assisting you. I have many suggestions, but I cannot supply you with all of the answers. This is something you are going to have to develop on your own, in a way that is best suited to your lifestyle. You and I may not pursue the same strategy in achieving the same goal.

If you are serious about wanting to achieve this, then be resourceful and find your way. No one can do this for you.

        Cheers. - Frank

Well, I wasn't actually trying to correct your error, but illustrate that if you say your sentences out loud, before you type them, they may translate to the written word in better fashion. :-)
I will try my best to learn.
That is all any of us can do. If you devote an hour a day, in a month you will have better English skills than many of the cretins that inhabit this forum, myself included. I'm a high school drop-out, yet everyone understands exactly what I mean when I post. lol

Brush Up on the Basics before you can start writing your content, you’ll need at least an intermediate understanding of the basic principles of writing, and intermediate skills in a given language. Try joining a workshop or take a night class join one of the many groups.on. Pick a topic, write something, listen to the feedback of the group, and then revise it. Find a blog posts you really like, take a red pen and highlight things you liked: certain sentences, turns of phrase, even entire paragraphs. Examine why you like these elements, and see if there are any common threads in your favored reading material. See how writers take one subject and transition into another. Apply these techniques to your own work.

You should also practice writing and you should also learn new and new words every single day in order to bring diversity in the story ;p

It's not about language fluency, it's about your understanding of human psychology.

The more you can get inside someone's head, and speak directly to them, the more of a connection you create, and the more they want to buy from you.

The only way to get good at something is to keep doing it. Practise, practise, and practise some more.

Look around for some sales letters and imagine you were the one selling the product, then try to write the copy for it in your own words. You can then compare with the original sales copy and see how far you get each time you do this.

Do this enough times and your writing won't be a problem.

You can do it the good ol' "brainwash" way.

Gary Halbert was an advocate of this method:

Everyday, grab a sales letter from your swipe file and copy the darn thing from start to finish (pen & paper).

Yes, not all of them are 100% grammatically correct, but it'll boost your English skills quickly and you'll absorb their writing style.

I would probably read a lot of swipe files. You can do a google search for swipe files and start compiling a list of your own to model. Copywriting isn't easy and modelling success can probably be a big help. If I had to start from scratch I would probably just surf the internet for a few weeks and compile a huge swipe file and use that as part of creative inspiration.
