    Great information in this, thanks for posting it. The influencers he talks about are very similar to what Gladwell talks about in Tipping Point. The whiskers and cheese analogy is a good description for what is really a paradigm shift in thinking from what many companies are used to.

    Love the cheese and whiskers metaphor. Even if you know these principles and already apply them, this analogy just makes it easy to see&remember the clear big picture and put the elements of the copy in the right category. I'll print a cat-mouse-cheese picture and stick it to my wall
