I want to sell my product in Canada and US

ECOMMERCE

For each providence in Canada and US I want to add sipping cost for each product and for multiple products the sipping price will reduce.
I already have WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin.
Is it possible to make the function with this plugin and I am looking for a good tutorial for documentation of the plugin.
Please help me.

You could make shipping based on Post codes with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/postcode-shipping/
