Incorporating: Canada vs USA? (physical product business)

Hi everyone,

I am a Canadian starting an E-Commerce business that sells products manufactured in USA and China.

But I'm not sure where I should incorporate.

I'll be mostly involved in the United States (warehousing, suppliers, ports, Shopify, Amazon customers, etc..).

Anyone here in a similar position as me - if so - any advice on incorporation?

    1.what platform u are going to owning?(ebay ,amazon,aliexpress or others)
    2.what is your main market?
    3.what items u want to sell?

      Payment processing is going to be a big consideration here. Really need more info but depending on the model/products etc, may need to have some of your business US based with US owners!
