When a customer orders from multiple suppliers in your store, the items come from multiple places with multiple shipping fees.

Should I use a fulfilment service to pack everything together and then ship it to customers?

Or do I really need to package everything together? I can ask all of my suppliers to ship everything directly to my customers? But this way, customer will receive items at different times.

Which is the best way?

One of the biggest problems with using multiple dropshippers is the shipping. If you sell 3 items to one person each will have a separate shipping cost. If the dropshippers use UPS for example the minimum is around $9.00. So, are you going to charge $27.00 for shipping. And, if you have the items shipped to you or a fulfillment center then you have the $27.00 plus fulfillment fees, plus shipping from the fulfillment center.

So, to answer your question, I would have one dropshipper and if I wanted to use more I would then have multiple sites.

We build shipping into the prices and offer "free shipping". That way, it doesn't matter where things are ordered from.
