How to build an email list from scratch

I am new on this forum
Any one knows ways of how you can build list from scratch i.e No money and no reputation.I appreciate your views.

    There are numerous ways that this could be done. I suggest using the "search" feature here, and you'll find plenty of resources on how to start list building by using free traffic methods.

    Wait until you can afford a proper autoresponder subscription, Thellen. (Example: GetResponse is first month free, then $15 per month).

    This isn't something to try to economise over, for the sake of "getting started", planning to "switch to a better one later". It just doesn't work that way, and there are reasons for that. Several of them are explained here.

    (And stay away from Mailchimp!).

    I get my leads mainly from BingAds and use GetResponse as an autoresponder. It is quite cheap and has a extremely good deliverability. The cheaper version would be 7search.com, but the leads are not as good as those from Bing.

    If you do not have any money at all, then putting out leaflets around the town would be probably the cheapest option. I knew a guy who did it and made about $10k just by putting up leaflets. He didn't have money and this worked very well.

    when I first started out I used Facebook and Instagram to advertising. For Facebook I would go into internet marketing groups and provide value to the group and then leave my link to my squeeze page.

    For instagram, I would post 3-5 daily and then use hashtags related to make money online or internet marketing to attract those type of people.

    I would also do video marketing via YouTube and try and get my videos ranked on the first page of Google.

    But if I would just started out I just focus on what you traffic generation and master that .

      If you are bootstrapping your business with no budget then there are plenty of free options to build a targeted email list depending on what your niche is.

      You can start here in the Warrior Forum. People here are all looking for help on how to make money online. Become active in the forum. leave valuable posts as you start to learn ,and have a link to a capture page in your email signature.

      Facebook marketing is a great alternative. Start to post value-filled status updates and use the graph search function to reach out to targeted leads. You can use graph search to find users all over the world that meet specific demographics (age, location, gender, etc.)

      YouTube marketing is a free method as well. The second most used search engine behind Google. Start recording videos and having a call-to-action at the end to "click the link below and get my free XYZ offer."

      Lastly, blogging. Search traffic is some of the most targeted traffic there is.
      Research Search Engine Optimization and you can rank your content to page 1 in the search engines where people can find it 24/7/365.
      Include an irresistible offer for people to subscribe to your email list, and have call-to-actions at the end of your blog posts.
      This is more of a long-term investment but it really pays off.

    First, you have to be clear what is your niche. If you know that, then it will be easier for you to determine how to start your list building project.

    I suppose you know your niche already. So, my advise is to start your own blog, offer valuable content and start participating in various social media where your target group is present.

    Offer something free on your blog and request email in exchange. If you offer something valuable, you can be sure you will get lots of emails.

    When you have emails, start building relationships with your subscribers.

    When it comes to social media, definitely spend some time interacting with followers/subscribers!
    It will create an organic relationship and could generate more leads for you!

    1. Create a squeeze page and offer a free email training course (e.g.10 free lessons).
    This works better than offering a PDF download or ebook because people know that their email is not actually required to download something.
    However to receive the email training course it will feel natural to provide their email and will increase trust immediately.

    2. Write the training course about a topic that you know something. (Can otherwise do online research)

    3. Share the link of your squeeze page on social media. Can do it in relevant groups or pages.

    In fact it is very simple, people usually complicate to much.

    1.) Generate high converting squeeze page which convert around 50%
    2.) Make profitable funnel which will bring you back traffic cost
    3.) Drive traffic to a squeeze page and build your list.
    4.) Market to the list, share helpful tips and focus on 80% value 20% promotions.
    5.) Monetize your list on numerous ways
    6.) Take profits, reinvest, scale up


    Nothing more, nothing less.
    You can master copywriting, webinars, technical stuff and outsource anything you hate doing along the way.

    Regarding money.... to make money you need money, but for list building you car relay start from scratch...
    You need hosting, domain and some money for first clicks. Get Response is free for the first month...

    Anyone trying to build an e-mail list from scratch needs to first develop a quality informational report or product to be offered as a giveaway. For the giveaway, you may prepare your own product or you may opt for a quality PLR product (should be relevant to your desired niche).
    Secondly, you shall require an autoresponder service to deliver your products and to properly communicate with your subscribers.
    I'll suggest you go with Get Response (1st month is free!).
    Step-3 would be to create a simple Squeeze/Landing Page to send your visitors.Thereafter, you need to work on generating free traffic through Facebook, blogposting, creating simple you tube videos, forum posting, etc.
    Another tip that I can give is that you should monetize your Thank You Page with PPL/CPA offers.
    This will help you to generate some cashflow which you may use for paid traffic campaigns.

    There are many ways but you should always focus on building a "buyers" list (switching people from the "freebie seekers" list to the "buyers" list).

    Some models:

      Additionally, you can increase your lists gradually by posting your comments over forums. You may write the articles and post them unto some article directory websites.

      Normally, those websites would allow you to put your signature showing your website. The interested audiences would visit to your squeeze page from there. Once he/she opt in, your autoresponder website would collect his/her email addresses for future usage according to your emailing plan and execution.

      Therefore, your lists will be growing without paying any money to acquire.
