Basically yes.

But you really need to construct 5 to 10 initial Email Follow ups that will be loaded and ready to send to your Subs once they sign up.

Yes, you are. AND you shouldn't focus on building a HUGE list but a quality list, whatever the size.

Focus on providing value to the people that optin to you list otherwise, you'll just be building a list and the list won't be responsive.

You are creating a relationship with the list. Look at the list as ONE person. Then focus on giving that person as much value as you can. This way, you WILL succeed.

AND yes you do need an initial autoresponder series. Base this mostly on helpful content.

Guys if i will create an independ squeeze page in a domain name
is not necssary to have a website with content because traffic will directed to squeeze page not to website am i wrong?

yes you are right. You do not need content for the squeeze page.

EXCEPT when you are advertising with Google Adwords. I don't know about Bing/Yahoo. Every other traffic method, you'll have no issue with.

So what you can do is create a separate landing page for Google (more like Search Engines) so they can have something to crawl.

After setting everything up, what you have to focus on, is the optimization because that's the way that you can get the most out of your efforts.

Just start changing different objects on your squeeze page and monitor the differences. This way you can have a basic split test which will help you to know what works best for your kind of traffic.
