For my first post here at warrior forum, I would like to offer assistance to anyone who seeks answers on e-mail tracking & analytics with their sales team e-mail marketing efforts.

I work for an e-mail tracking company & have real industry experience working with companies to achieve greater results through e-mail tracking.

Top 3 Reasons to Use an E-mail tracking service with your sales team:

1. You are going to have valuable insights into customer behavior, Who is opening your e-mails, what links they are clicking on, google analytics click through interactions, and what they are looking at in your attachments and how long. Making it possible to customize what is working & what isn't.

3. Tracking period! The longer the tracking period the better! Why? Simple, the bigger the sample the better the results. Most only have 1 month-3 months!
4. Algorithm tracking quality - this has to do with trialing the software. Algorithms for different e-mail tracking companies have different qualities. Some spit out multiple, or repeat open notifications for the same open. [Not unique or re-opens.] This means you have to deal with slower, less efficient programming and more clutter in your inbox.
