Hey Folks - does anyone have any reccomendations for email platforms besides Aweber? Just need the basic stuff like autoresponder, broadcast email follow ups. Favorable pricing is also a nice along with a little more lenient guidelines compared to aweber.

    I personally use GetResponse.

    Used AWeber for 3 months and they suck and they're expensive! Just yesterday I canceled my account and moved to GetResponse. Great features, great pricing, great everything. I recommend it.

    I've used most email marketing platforms services & softwares.

    I'm telling you without a doubt for what's on offer & value including pricing GetResponse is the way to go.

    I've tried em all. Getresponse Aweber Mailchimp just to name a few popoular ones. getresponse wins hands down.

    Mail chimp & Get Response is a good alternative and it is highly regarded among marketers. I personally use both of them. But I recommend Mail chimp cause
    its with great features, great pricing, great everything. I like & prefer it.

    Get response has been pretty good and does offer many features and options that Aweber doesn't.

    But I am finding if you have a technical issue, there IT support team is VERY slow. If you ever get it fixed or if you ever hear anything from them.

    Well, even normal support does not seem to be that knowledgeable or helpful on things they should know.

    GetResponse man without a doubt! Their value to dollar paid is second to none IMO.

    I've used all types of autoresponders. Including the '1 payment' softwares out there.

    They're all ultimate very similar. But at the entry level with full capabilities GetResponse is a no brainer to me when i did my home work some 3 years ago & still wtih them today.

    I use Aweber, but if I was to go elsewhere, based on your requirements, I would check out Getresponse, icontact, Constant Contact, Office Autopilot and Mailchimp.
