Segmented Email Examples

Do you have any examples or know someone who does, of targeted follow-up emails based on a prospect's actions?

For example, I send an email with a link to a video and an offer to register for a workshop at the end of the video.

If the person clicks to watch the video but doesn't register, I want to send targeted emails just to the people who watched the video. I know how to set this up from the technical side of things, but am looking for examples of email copy to that segmented group of interested prospects.

    Use time sensitivity in the follow up emails. Let them know that the video or what ever is not going to be available soon. That they need to go see or get it now before it is gone.
