importing email from paypal sales in aweber

EMAIL MARKETING

I understand I need to start an email list.
I have 1000's of emails from customers that purchased through my website. Can I import these paypal emails into aweber to follow up with them legally?

If they bought from you then yes you can use their email to contact them.
