Email Marketing Software: Any way to do this?

Have a recurring subscription product I am selling where upon purchase customers get added to "List A"

However when the cancel the membership software automatically unsubscribes them from "List A"

So... is there any email marketing software that can either:

1) Subscribe them to a totally new "List B" upon unsubscribing from "List A"

or

2) Upon purchasing and subscribing to "List A" they get added to a new "List B" but only get "List B's" emails when the unsubscribe from "List A" ?

Is this even possible?

Most autoresponders will do this for you, it's a fairly common procedure.

For example, this is essential when segmenting your buyers from your freebie seekers.

The problem with this sort of thing is making it happen automatically, especially when you want several things to happen simultaneously across multiple elements of your sales and marketing platforms.

While most autoresponders can do things like unsubscribe from List A when you subscribe to List B, it's often triggered by a manual action - either by the administrator or the subscriber - not ideal. When I developed arpReach (now under new ownership), I built in precisely that functionality.

So while we're still a few weeks from launch, our new service, Listery, aims to solve this and many other similar situations in a very flexible and hands-free way. My signature links to the prelaunch and @MrDeflation I'd be happy to invite you into the beta when we're ready.
