How would you write a welcome email for this niche

Hey guys i'm creating a free report for my list in which I will teach them email marketing tips.

My niche is network marketers who are learning IM, I already offer a squeeze page service, which will help get them on the path of email marketing lead generation online etc.

I know they need to recruit people and do one on one phone calls to pull people into their mlm company and possibly free webinars. Their main goal is to get these people to their seminar/meetings to join their downline.

What should a typical welcome email look like for someone who is part of network marketing program? Should they go right for the free one on one phone call with say a free appointment scheduling app or use a free webinar invitation?

Or would things like this be part of the 2nd and 3rd AR email sequence?

I plan to give away a free sample outline in my free report..

Thanks in advance...

I don't see any reason to do anything differently in a Welcome email for network marketing vs. any other niche.

The goals of any Welcome email are the same:

    - Welcome subscribers onto your list
    - Set expectations (topics you'll discuss, how often they can expect to hear from you, etc.)
    - Build interest and excitement about future emails
    - Ask them what their biggest issue is right now (optional)

If you want to pitch them on phone consultations or anything else, I'd hold off until Email #2

Ok thanks Dennis I was kind of thinking the same thing just wanted to get a second opinion. So basically their follow up email sequence could really just be different variations of getting that subscriber to take the next action.

How long after do you suggest they throw affiliate offers into the mix?

I'd start pitching affiliate offers in the 2nd email.

If you believe you have great affiliate products that can help your subscribers, don't wait to provide these offers.

I will teaching my clients how to use email marketing to promote their network marketing program/business.

Therefore promoting affiliate products in the 2nd email will defeat their purpose of getting phone consultations, free webinar with the end goal which is to sign new distributors under them.

I was thinking after a while they can promote make money online products after say 8th or 9th email assuming that person did not sign up for their mlm offer.. What do you think?

You just need to think of what your goal is.

      What's your #1 goal?

Don't have multiple goals at once.

If your goal is phone consultations, stick with that goal until you reach it.

Then move on to the next goal.

A common mistake with email marketing is trying to do too many things in one email.
