I would definitely start with a affiliate product. Something from health or beauty. And you should have access to more data. Most popular pages, discussion. I'll try to figure out user interest and pick a product most related.

Make sure you have your Facebook pixel set up on your website pages.

Then Import this list as an audience on Facebook and send retargeting ads to these people.

That way you can get them segmented.

Then you will know what to send in your emails.

You could take some time to research all the affiliates products in your niche. Make a spread sheet of your options. Try to pick ones you think would convert better. Clickbank shows you the gravity. If it has a good gravity it's converting well.

Once you have some affiliate products picked out, you could try to come up with a few good article ideas for each one. Outsource the articles to Iwriter or somewhere. Use the articles as emails and add in the correct affiliate link (product) which relates to the articles.

So you could have like 6 emails in a row that all take them to the same product offer. I think they call those softsells. And then the 7th email could be a hardsell which is all about the product offer. Watch the sells video and pause and take notes writing down all of the benefits. If it's a written sells page you can read and take notes. Come up with a hardsell email that talks about the product and it's benefits.

Then move on to the next affiliate product and its emails. You don't have to do them all at once. Just add on to your email series over time and it will get longer and longer.

If you have a wordpress website you can use a plugin like pretty links to create affiliate redirects. So you can have good looking links instead of ugly looking affiliate links.

You should have setup your email optin form with multiple options where traffic can only select one item and funnel traffic into a list based on which optin form option they select.

This way you can better optimize your list by having subscribers filter themselves into very specific list instead of one catch-all email list. Let traffic do the work for you.

Make sure to not have a default list filter/option checked, this will force traffic to do the correct sorting for you. Make checking an option a required field.

Yeah, this is a great idea. You might also do the options to choose a few since their interest may be in more than one. And have them in every list, at least that's what I will do.

You mentioned that it is hard to target. And you are right ...but the money is not in the size of the list it's how responsive they are.

Your giveaway is too broad to target a specific interest.

First decide what you are going to sell. Is it your expertise, or a specific product? Maybe choose some popular books on a topic directly related to your product - to use for your giveaway. Use something directly of interest to your target market.

Is that weight loss? Surgical? etc.

Then send them a few articles that highlights some pain they are experiencing, related to your product. And that your product sells. Don't try to sell yet though. Gain their trust why they should trust you and buy your product.

Create a series of "educational" emails, and sprinkle in your sales.

You will have way higher success this way. If you want to sell multiple products, build multiple niche lists.

Because if you have 3 or 4 lists of 10,000 each you will make way more sales than a single list 100,000.

But if you currently have a list you can divide them into lists.

Either send a quiz that segments them, or segment by categories of articles they visit on your website.

Then you can target them with specific messages.

First of all, you need to get a set of articles for ideas and modify them into your own style from your knowledge and experience in the health niche you promote.

For articles, I usually get from Free PLR Articles by Robert Dickson who will send articles on different topics everyday for the next 8-9 months on different topics.

You can also scout on Google for other PLR articles and ideas pertaining to your niche.

Based on my 10 years of IM experience, the key is to provide value in the information you send out - as to who you are, why should people listen to you, what your topic is about before recommending any product to them.

You may want to conduct Survey Monkey to find out what your subscribers really want before tailoring your emails best suited to their needs and wants.

You could have a 3 step email-template plan. With diff content that way you can target diff topics and see which one is the most popular/engaged.

You could do something like a series and then add a tile at the bottom for the competition section. So title it per content + competition. And make the diff content the main aspct of the email and use the competition as an email opener. As you can see in the UNIDAYS one they use the need to "verify" your address to message you a few more times. You can use this to your advantage by putting in the content/things you want to sell.

A lot of the emails I open have titles BARELY Relating to the content which sometimes fustrates me as it's click bait. I close it as soon as I give the email a quick glance.. Can't find the content stated so its no use to me as its the reason why I open the email. The content relating to the title would have to be obvious not just like a 1 line text. A nice visual banner can help direct their attention and provide better open -> click-through rates.

So what I would do would be:
- a large hero image (main story, nice visual)
link it to an article on one of your posts about beauty etc
- some products you want to sell relating to the main topic so if its beauty some beauty products.
- then a secondary story tile which can be your competition
- then your social buttons

I dont think email marketing template will work great in this process.

You should use A/B testing to optimize the email template.
