Best Email service provider for Vietnam?

Hi all
Can anyone help me? I am helping a volunteer organisation in Vietnam to set up their email system onto a Email marketing platform (like Mail chimp/constant contact in the West).
If anyone knows of an established and proven email service/marketing platform that works well in Vietnam, please do let me know.

Any ideas will be much appreciated

    I have never been to Vietnam but I don't see why any email autoresponder that works well in any place with internet connection wouldn't work well in Vietnam.
    GetResponse is a good option as mentioned before, I have used ConvertKit and I like it too.

    Best ESP are MailGun and MailChimp. But I don't really understand why you think they will not work good in Vietnam
