SMTP service for opt-in adult email marketing?
Hi, I am looking for an SMTP service for our adult sites.

It's useful, but the last post on there was 8 years ago so a lot might have changed since then.
We've been running a double opt-in, fully compliant newsletter for over 20 years. Our domain/email has an excellent reputation, most all of our newsletters go into the inbox and not straight into spam. Emails we send out, we check for spammyness first and are usually 10/10 on Mail Tester. And we are thorough with list hygiene.
We usually run the newsletter through our own SMTP servers, but due to the size of our lists (around 100k) and the speed throttling we have to do to prevent blacklisting, it's taking between 1 and 2 months to send out a newsletter. It's quite resource intensive, not to mention 2 month-old news is not really news any more. It would be great to use a proper SMTP service like the pros do. Usually we have to trim our list down and kick off anyone at all for any reason (not opening the last 2 mails for example) just to keep our list at a manageable size.
We don't actually have to send adult content - we can send out an alert, with a link to a news post on our websites. But the link is to an adult site, and I don't know how fussy these SMTP services are.
Yknot - I looked into those they are massively expensive, a bit whiny about content and as the previous post pointed out, they are just a middleman anyway.
If anyone has any up-to-date pointers or recommendations for services it would be greatly appreciated, many thanks.
