Any ideas how I can verify emails to numerous email accounts

EMAIL MARKETING

Beginner here looking for info about how I can verify multiple accounts on the same website. Example = If I develop and use 10 email accounts for Craigslist, how can I get them all verified when I only have about 2 cell phones. I guess what I need is multiple low cost or free sms devices. Any suggestions?

Also, while I am at it, can anyone help me understand more about the IM tool that allows you to house multiple IP addresses so I can open numerous accounts on pages like facebook or twitter? Any advice on which service is best and what to look for?

Check out Google Voice, bu it only works in USA, hope that's not a problem for you.

You can purchase numbers from twilio.com for $1 per month. Just delete them from the account when no longer needed.

  Twilio - Is this solution still viable? Twilio #'s aren't Mobile based and 'Goo' (and others) seems to be insisting that the # provided for verifation is a mobile #. I used to use a App called Burner which rented throw-away #'s - but now 'goo' has stopped accepting #'s from them.
  
  Twilio does allow for Geo-Targeting, so matching a Twilio # to your identity's location is not a problem. And you can't beat the price.
