VPS hosting solution with good customer support?

I am currently hosting some sites with godaddy and are having issues with form mail and server response time that is slow. I'm done trying to work around it.

Do you guys have recommendations on good a good hosting company that has a live support team that you can talk to on the phone and has good server response time? looking for managed vps hosting needs.

    Recently moved over to BeyondHosting...

    Although they only have support via email / support tickets...

    I must say, it's some of the best support I have come across so far.

    Yes support is very important and most of the best hosting company couldn't continue their good customer support. I'm with offshoreseovps and getting instant live support there. Happy with their awesome service. You may also have a look them.
