Best Email Provider? Constant Contact Looks Promising, but...

I've looked at aWeber and Constant Contact, and CC looks better in paper. Thoughts, opinions, and other options.

Reason I like CC they appear to allow importing contacts more easily. As I may do offline email collecting that looks better to me, so....

Would love to hear thoughts from others.
