The survey will ask users about how Facebook can learn to "limit the negative impacts of social media and enhance the benefits." Other surveys include testing out new apps or devices ahead of public launch so Facebook can collect data to refine and improve them.
Any Viewpoints survey will take around 15 minutes or 1000 points, and will reward users $5 that's paid over PayPal. As for privacy matters, Facebook claims they won't sell any private information to third parties. They also claim to not share any Viewpoints activity on Facebook without express user permission. Of course, users can stop participating anytime they wish.
What do you think? Will you participate in Viewpoints once it's launched in your region? If you're in the US, will you take a survey right away?
