Online reviews help sway a consumer's purchasing decision. If I wanna buy a new ThinkPad, I'd hit up "ThinkPad X1 Carbon reviews", and read tech reviews from known tech blogs, as well as video reviews made by other ThinkPad users. I might even look at other brands, such as Dell or Microsoft. Other consumers do the same pattern, searching information online, checking out different brands and providers.

    Yes, it really does help conversion wise, I must agree here that I will fall for that by my own cause it's really where decision comes to life from all this topics absolutely, I need to be sure all is working and I like infographics overall for many things.
