Facebook updates Chat Plugin for websites

Facebook just updated the Chat Plugin for businesses so that people can chat with the business without logging into Facebook. This will make communication easier and more streamlined.
The update bridges the gap between customers and business. When Chat Plugin was introduced in 2017, its major hurdle was that it still required Facebook to login. This is a bummer for those using shared computers, or for those simply lazy to login, or maybe because people just don't want their Facebook seen by other businesses.
Whatever the case, this update opens business chat to all customers, not just Facebook users.
