Contracts & Agreement Templates for Web Design SEO company
Anyone have a solid resource for CONTRACTS and AGREEMENTS TEMPLATES for Web Designers, SEO, and Social Media Marketing Agencies?
We have been offer these services for some time with great success and feel what we have been using is inadequate for our growth,
Sam Becker (Consulting In Minutes) offered a package which we own however its for Social Media agency work only. Found this one: "RFP's, Proposals, and Contracts for Web Designers and Agencies" but not conviced its any good. Anyone used it?
... and Yes there are a few generic 'Web Design' forms online but again - most too muted or too complex. Surely somewhere there's someone who has just the right documents and agreement we can use to lock in clients (monthly maintenance, etc) without scaring them away with far too much legalsleeze.
Any advise would be great appreciated. Thoughts?
