Flipping or Creating Websites?

Hey everyone!

So I was hoping to get some opinions on this.

To you, what seems like a more profitable business model, creating websites from scratch, getting some revenue and traffic proof, and then selling them (or keeping them), or buying websites that seem underutilized for a (hopefully) good price, and then putting some work into them and flipping them for a (hopefully) a nice profit.

Thanks!

Both. Creating new sites and being on the lookout for people who don't know what they have or have hit hard times. Deals to be had.

I believe, if you are just starting out in that area then...its better to create sites from scratch and flip, however if you are advanced enough then its better to purchase a site, rehash and sell it again...

    Good question though!

    Creating websites, of course.

Long-term, you will always make more money. Inarguable. But it depends on a couple of main factors:

    1. Your Mindset
    2. Capital Requirement

Unless you know how to get sites earning fast, you might see website flipping as a better opportunity to earn faster. Alternatively, you may not care about fast ROI, and instead be the type of person who loves developing new projects and new ideas.

I guess it depends on if you are in it for the long run or just to make a few bucks and go cos building website with high value takes time to become authoritative and have earnings proof. That's the kind you can flip for a more handsome amount of cash.

Both. I made a lot of money in the past with Wordpress video sites. The content was more or less auto-generated and visitors came after I did a bit of SEO. I was able to flip the site then for a decent profit.

Making websites for flipping is a good way to earn healthy income. If your website is earning $100 per month then you can sell it at 20 times of this earning. Means 100x20 = $2000. To increase the worth of your website, always make email list from day one. Websites with most common ways to make money sell fast at good prices. Like Adsense, Amazon Affiliate, Clickbank Affiliate, Cj.com etc.

I recommend empireflippers.com to sell your websites.
