How to Use Outdated PLR Articles ?

Hi Warriors ,

i have been doing a clean up session of my hard drive yesterday when i found
about 20,000 Health and fitness PLR articles of which been used before by many site owners. ( i already did a copyscape.com search and found they already been used many times )

So , Any ideas on how i can use them to bring an extra income stream?

Any ideas are appreciated

Thanks

- Oliver

    Hi Oliver,

Many ideas. A couple to get the ball rolling:

    1. Repurpose Articles. The articles may indeed be floating around the web, but have they all been repurposed in the form of videos and ranked? If you repurpose them, you're effectively creating brand new content.

    2. eBooks. Likewise, whilst those articles have been readily used, have they been used to rank for all relevant keywords? Likely not. Format the articles into eBooks, syndicate them, and rank for those keywords.

I couldn't agree with you more Tom cause even if they have been used. They are still usable if re-purposed.

By deleting them and moving on.

Well, you can use a ghost writer's services to create some meaningful ebook out of the articles and sell it on clickbank

That would make them worthless to me and I'd delete them and move on. The exception would be if they are longer articles and very well written and informative...in that case I might repurpose some by combining them and rewriting. If they are "general" in nature - isn't worth the time and effort.

Based on the "even a blind pig finds a cob now and again", you could comb through the collection for something useable, then look into combining, updating and repurposing as has been suggested.

Or you could sample some of them, find they're mostly raw compost, and clear some space in your drive.

Even expertly written crap is still crap.

      Added:

Health and fitness is one of those areas that you have to be very, very careful of. It's one thing to dispense bad advice for making money or cooking a meal or buying a gadget. With topics like that, you risk readers having a thinner wallet or a bad meal.

Give out bad health advice, and you could get someone killed.

I would find the ones that have some value and then hire someone on Fiverr to rewrite them for you. You could then use them on your blog as filler content.

I'd be careful, though, because from what I've seen of PLR articles, the quality is not too good.

I would recommend also that you could simply read through them just for ideas. If you find something in there you want to write about you could take the good parts of the article and then add your own opinion to them.
