Type it in youtube you will find lots of tutorials based on that

Once you do it for the first time it will get easier the other time around

Just because your website is built on wordpress doesn't mean every page has to be.

If your squeeze page is a full page (you don't need header, footer or sidebars) you can just upload it to your server and link to it from your wordpress site.
