Too Many Stupid Wordpress Plugins!!!!

The list goes on and on.

If there were just 5 plugins you would say were absolutely vital to your blog, what would they be? Thanks for your input.

    Really plugins are stupid? I've always thought that it was kind of the other way around. People not understanding how to leverage the platform properly.

    There is plenty of room for development, but WordPress has some amazingly powerful, flexible, extensible, and easy to use plug ins.

    People complain about things they do not fully understand.

      Understand sarcasm when you see it. It was a representation of frustration for a problem that I was looking to simplify on my own blog. But thanks a lot for trying to be self-righteous and 'holier-than-thou' on a forum where people are looking to collaborate and help one another. You effectively made yourself look like an ass to everyone who looked at this topic.

    It seems a certain number of plugins seem to keep making the top 5.

    I also agree with you Anderson. You have to be careful of what plugins you use. You never know when one of them may be more detrimental to your blog than helpful.
