Help with customer messaging with Gmail with Virtual assistant issue?

I respond to 100's of individual users' personalized emails per day.

The average sale takes about 50 total actual emails per client, the conversations must be custom/canned responses.

I would like to hire a virtual assistant to do this work for me, but am fearful of them, with just a few clicks could completely wipe out my entire contact list and all email conversations.

It cannot be chat based, must be email or some other WordPress type plug in.

Anyone have any ideas on how to do this while protecting myself?

If you hire a VA, for your email messaging you need to make sure they know how to use Gmail and whatever other product you use. Your VA will need to use your email and not their own if you use gmail only for support.

If you have a domain you can set up an email account for the VA and have your messages CC to that account for the VA to answer.

    Hope this helps.

P.S. why does it take 50 emails per customer to make a sale?
