Been out of the loop for a while..whats still in demand?

Hi All,
I'm a web developer/coder and have been thinking about creating/developing sites, minisites for the IM markert and wanted to know if my list below where still in demand or could be of some help still for IMers:

1. Minisites created from scratch - WordPress Theme and PHP created
2. Affiliate Websites created from scratch with PHP - Amazon, CJ etc..
3. Affiliate Websites created from scratch WordPress Theme - Amazon, CJ etc..
4. Dropship websites (using certain dropship companies I have in mind) created with PHP or Wordpres Theme from scratch.

What do you think?

    Just had an 80,000 a year Java developer job advert in my inbox.

    My advice is to get good enough for one of these, and invest everything you earn into stocks and real estate.
