Help w/ Software Maintenance Solution For Solo-preneur
I've got a software under development and I am aware of mandatory maintenance and bug issue that are going to arise in the future. My developer is going to try and upsell me maintenance once everything is said and done and I have a budget set aside for this.
I need advise as to what is the best way to go about software maintenance for future bug issues? Initially I was going to outsource to one php expert, but I feel a team would be better but don't want to over pay either.
I also ran into maintenance software that runs check up and daily reports but not sure if these are for the programmers to use for maintenance or for solo preneurs like me. The software i'm having developed is written in PHP and it's on the cloud. I would be extremely grateful for any advise!
