Suggest me marketing strategy from scratch please

What I do: I design and create Picture Quotes using 100% royalty free images, on topics that my client wants like: inspirational, business, health, parenting and you name it! I do add my client's branding on all picture quotes (logo/url/social handle).
Where I sell: At present, I'm using freelancing Marketplaces.
Potential of service that I provide - to create picture quotes: These days when every business has presence on Social Media like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, they require something to post on them regularly. This is where my service comes in place. I provide them SOCIAL CONTENT with their branding on it. I just imagine that there are hundreds of thousands of businesses on social media which may require my service, hence potential is huge.
What I want to achieve: Limitation of freelancing Marketplaces is that, my service is promoted to prospective clients who are aware about particular marketplace like upwork, fiverr etc. That is like 5% of total potential buyers. So I want to reach to rest of maximum possible buyers. But to do so, I can reach them individually by going on their website and then contacting them, one by one. This will take me ages and doesn't seem viable. So what I want to achieve is, how can I reach to them at once? What marketing strategy should I follow that I reach to them quickly? How can I reach to mass in a go?
This has been bothering me for a while. By looking at good number of sales I am able to generate for my service on freelancing marketplaces, I assume that service that I provide has tremendous potential. Only question is how to reach them ALL?
