If he is not already employed by some BIG ad agency, well someone needs to hire him for a lofty position. No doubt.

Shutya eyes, replay the DUSKY MALE VOCALS, an' ignore the VERY FEW CAR-SPECIFIC REFERENCES ... an' this is roses, chocolate, 27-speed vibratin' pleasurola, tellya.

    Good point Princess,
it would make a good template for advertising anything - and this guy has a great smooth voice.

I like the camcorder work as well.

    Creative thinking and all . . . however . . .

I doubt that I would ever be interested in buying the car as a result of this ad, even if I was in the market for a used Honda Accord.

Maybe I'm too much of a "get under the hood and check things out" person to be swayed with a fancy ad.

Used car sales is a market with a lot of skepticism already built in. I'm not sure that a "slick" ad by a random owner does much for my confidence level - reminds me too much of the stereotype slick and sleasy salesman.

The first thing that came to my mind was "the owner must really be going out of the way to dump this thing on someone else - the car probably has major issues." Maybe I'm weird . . . yes, I know I'm weird.

What are they thinking? . . . folks at eBay getting into a bidding war over a 21 year old Honda worth about $1,500? Apparently the bid is over $20,000 now. I guess some guys have more money than brains!

More power to the ad man!

I've got an old lifejacket that sinks . . . what am I bid?

Now the top bid looks to be over $100,000.

Of course, we all know that on eBay, nothing's actually "sold" until the money changes hands.
